Banksy (pseudonym of a British street artist), Flower Thrower (or Love is in the Air). The Flower Thrower motif first appeared in 2003 as oversized graffiti in Bethlehem shortly after the construction of the West Bank wall separating Palestine from Israel. The motif has been taken up many times since.
